I posted this picture in the upper-left more than a year ago. The picture on the right was taken this last month. Looks like Micah, Janelle and Kayla's hair were the only things that grew in 1 1/2 years. Oh, and Grandma replaced her fence. Actually, this picture does not do justice to the many inches my kids have grown in the last year. In the last two years, Kayla has grown about 4.5 inches, Carson about 5 inches, and Nellie about 8 inches. That's relatively 18 more inches of kid in our house! Amazing!

I LOVE the pictures! I can see quite a bit of change in all those beautiful kids.
Glad to see you about! You're in my thoughts often. :o)
Aw, fun pictures! It's so fun to look back and see how they've changed. I am soooo thankful for pictures! :)
Love those pictures. Priceless!
I love the pictures too! And there really is a difference. You can pick your kids out in the lineup because of their height. They seem out of order since they're so much taller than mine. Glad to see you blogging again.
I think if people realize that Hannah and Kayla are 4 years apart, they'd appreciate the height differences a little better. The kids ages from left to right: 12, 11, 7, 7, 5, 5, 3, 3.

hi april, i just found your bog doing a search for "rod and staff vs. shurley grammar." thanks for the informative post! i appreciate someone else's experience. i am just starting back into homeschooling my second grader after putting her in school for the last half of kindergarten and for all of first grade. i am kind of nervous about jumping in willy nilly, so i am relying on total strangers to help me out! thanks! i also read your sweet post about your sister. i am so sorry for your loss. what a precious treasure that note must be to you. well, nice to meet you. thanks again for the homeschool help!
